I know this saying. But deciding to not do something is also deciding to do something else. So this saying always fits. Sometimes I enjoy taking risks, feeling a heavy heartbeat for once. I don't know what you experienced. It's a part of life, sufferung. We wouldn't notice being happy without sadness. I have problems to enunciate this in english.
