the fall
I don't know if its just me...because usually the change in seasons feels more like a gradual shift...like a slow sunset...but this time around, it feels like someone pulled a giant lever and turned off the power...and now its fall. The trees will start going to sleep...the wind and the earth will get colder to the touch...and before you know it, the leaves will be on the ground, coated in a thin film of frost...
